Madhab Deb Barma is a highly experienced supply chain and logistics professional with over 22 years of relevant experience in the field. As the President of Hazeldi Consulting Inc., he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, having worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Madhab has a strong background in the Oracle E-Business Suite Applications, with a focus on procurement, sourcing, inventory, distribution, and logistics. He has worked on numerous business transformation initiatives, leading teams and guiding them through the complete project life cycles. He is an expert in leveraging various project management tools, methodologies, and techniques to successfully deliver business transformational engagements in numerous client environments. Madhab has also worked as an independent consultant for Trigyn Technologies, where he led teams for many business transformation initiatives covering Oracle EBS Technologies. He supported end-users on a day-to-day basis by addressing their concerns and production issues, and actively participated in internal control and audit initiatives for the Information Technology department covering the Oracle E-Business applications. Prior to this, Madhab was a Manager at Deloitte, where he worked in the supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics areas of the Oracle E-Business Suite Applications. He led large teams through the complete project life cycles of Envision, Plan, Design, Build, Deliver, and Operate phases of the project by leveraging Oracle EBS R12.2+ modules in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Costing, Warehouse Management, Shipping, Inventory, Sourcing, Procurement, and Master Data Management areas. Madhab holds a PGDM in Operations and Systems from IIM, a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engg from IET, and a H.S.(+2) in Science from Bodhjung Boys H.S. (+2) School, Agartala, Tripura, India. He also attended Umakanta Academy, Agartala, Tripura. Madhab's technical expertise includes integration, and he is always looking for new ways to improve his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), demonstrating his commitment to excellence in his field.
